This classic organic coffee specialty tastes best as a very short espresso of 25ml, which concentrates all the flavors to a typical Italian espresso. Spicy, tart roasted notes harmonize with a heavy body and a particularly long aftertaste.
THE BEST OF THREE COFFEE COUNTRIES
The coffee cherries for our organic Ristretto Italiano coffee are grown in Guatemala, Tanzania and Colombia.
Due to its varied geography with variable altitude, soil conditions and climate characteristics, Guatemala produces a large variety of different coffees. Organic coffee is mainly grown in the Huehuetenango region in the Guatemalan highlands near the Mexican border.
The blend of our popular ristretto is rounded off by organic coffee cherries from northern Colombia. In the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta there are ideal conditions for an aromatic organic coffee with a full body, rounded off by a gentle acidity and delicate hazelnut and vanilla moments.
This unique blend is completed by organic arabica from western Tanzania, near Lake Victoria. The selected organic coffee beans are characterized by their lightness and restrained acidity.
